This list of committees is not exhaustive. Some committees may not exist every year. If you are interested in helping with a committee, please contact one of the officers or let Mr. Porter or Mrs. Huston know. Band Camp (band)
Assists with registration. Help serve lunch or help set up for lunch. Transportation (band) Pool of drivers to drive equipment bus or pit trailer for scheduled events. Training available. No CDL required Uniforms (band)
Oversees care and fitting of marching band uniforms and raingear & keeps them in order. Monitors marching uniform check out/check in. Hospitality (band)
Sets up tent, organizes volunteers to help with snack for half time meet & greet @ home games
Tailgate (band)
Organizes food donations, volunteers and equipment to host tailgate dinner in conjunction with marching band contest Property (both band and choir)
Oversees upkeep of any physical items owned by the organization
Photographer (both band and choir)
Provides pictures of events. If you have photos you would like to share, they are very welcome!
Publications (both band and choir)
Develops communications and web site; works with all facets of organization
Silent Auction (both band and choir) Assists with donations, set up and payment table. Middle School Contest (both band and choir) Concession sales and donations, announcing and other assistance for Middle School Large Group Contest hosted by BW in spring. Flea Market (both band and choir)
Our biggest fundraiser - Memorial Day Flea Market. Needs include: Organizers, preparation of the village square, gate workers, volunteer check in, trash patrol, final clean up.
